STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your money even if you returned your item. We are initiating a lawsuit against this thieving company in Denmark right now due to fraudulent activity. The customer service is a nightmare. I am baffled at the fact that this company is able to operate like that. Never expected to start a lawsuit. They claim that the item works after it was returned and therefore sent it back despite my request for a refund. And now This has been a time-consuming, daunting process. I was simply told by the incompetent reps that I would get a refund before long. I will update this on Trustpilot to provide further details. Right now, we are going to initiate a case / lawsuit.
