LOCKDOWN FROM 13th of MARCH 2020 and NO REFUND!!! Policy Number: 27941xxx I have annual multi-trip travel insurance with this company and this travel insurance policies supplied by AXA UK. I never ever applied for a claim and called today, asked for partial refund from 13th of March 2020 and wanted to cancel my policy due to Covid-19 pandemic. All Major companies includes AXA offering partial refund due to COVID-19. However , when I spoke Coverwise on the phone , woman said "no we don't". FIRST, I will report you dodgy Coverwise to AXA UK and then Ombudsman as well as Trade Standards. Money Stealers. Don't trust this company !! AVOID!!
