I am a new customer and ordered 2 pairs of summer trousers. They arrived quickly, and were good quality ,snd true to size. So far, so good however i have tried to set up an online account and found it so complicated that i have given up and phoned to make a payment on their automated phone line. Why on earth do they want the ammount in *pence*(i kid you not) i couldnt think quickly enough and the wrong ammount was taken. I then had to backtrack and pay the ammount i meant to, all at extra expense. I really dont want the hastle so may not order from them again.
