My account has been disabled. I have spoken to numerous staff there and no one can resolve the IT issue which has caused this. They don't seem altogether bothered either. The cost of a complaints call is high and so to take the matter further will cost a few pounds and frankly is their business is tanking, which it seems to be, why should I invest in their mistakes.
They employ people who just disconnect calls they cannot deal with and really have no concern at all for customers. None of them went to charm school that's for sure.
