I was charged over £28 for telephone calls to ask for instructions to return an item sent incorrectly. Two phone calls gave me the wrong information the final one gave the correct details. Each assistant kept asking me to hold while the checked something I think that they did this on purpose collect more income from the phone call. It didn’t say anywhere that it was a premium rate number. I am 70 and didn’t realise it was. I think a lot of there customers are older and they can be conned easier. They refunded me £10 for goodwill but the phone calls cost me more than my refund. I closed my account and will not buy from them again.
