MAYBE YOU THINK I AM AN IDIOT BECAUSE EVERY EMAIL ASKS ME TO WAIT 2 DAYS FOR THIS TO BE SORTED
I WANT THIS SORTED IMMEDIATELY OR I AM NOW GOING TO PUT ALL EVIDENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND REPORT THIS WITH EVIDENCE TO FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICES
