Unusually, I really liked the look of the free gift so chose something and ordered an item from the catalogue the day after receiving it through the post. After a few days when looked up my order I saw that I would instead receive a voucher in lieu of the free gift which was very disappointing. The order arrived today but no voucher! After ringing customer services, I was told that I would be sent the missing voucher. I understand that sometimes Damart cannot send the original gift, but having ordered the chosen item in plenty of time and then, not to receive either the gift or the voucher (which presumably can be used as part-payment for another item which I probably won't want) is very sloppy.
