I ordered 2 t shirts size medium. I was sent 2 extra large instead. The bar code on the sticker was correct but the size on the actual packaging and the items inside were not.
I emailed customer service asking how I could return these goods free of charge as it was not my error. I received an answer about 24hours later asking me to give a date the courier could collect the items, giving 48 hours notice. I replied promptly.
2 days later I hadn't heard if this had been arranged so I rang customer service at a rate of 12p per minute, to be told it hadn't been arranged but the collection details would be put through.
Later that day I received an email from a 3rd member of customer team to confirm the collection would be on the day requested and would be free of charge.
It is now 7pm on the day of collection and I am still waiting for the parcel to be picked up!!!
