I attempted to contact Denmark regarding non-delivery of items. The contact link on the website did not work, to tephone costs 13p per minute so I wrote a bad review. There was an immediate reply to this review which was most helpful In that it gave a free phone number. It was difficult to get through to a person on this number but when I did I was told that my order had gone to my billing address and not the delivery address. This is apparently always the case with a first order but there was no mention of this anywhere on the website or when I made my first order. I ordered thermal vests to be delivered to Scotland where I need them Now. Instead they went to London where they are not needed, and I am not at that address for another week. I will not be ordering from Danmark again.
