Products and customer service are great and would have given 5 stars if it were not for the TERRIBLE experience with HERMES delivery service. I know this is the free option and an alternative is available but that doesn't excuse how unreliable Hermes are. Hermes emailed to say could not deliver as no one at property and no where to leave. CCTV showed they didn't attempt to deliver to the commercial property where there is a reception and sign telling them where to deliver!!! So many reviews mention the frustration's with Hermes, we can't all be wrong. For this reason I will not be ordering in the future. There are plenty of other sites (WOOL WEARHOUSE) with reliable couriers. Good luck if you choose free delivery via Hermes...
