They are LIARS and TIME WASTERS! They do not have the parts that their website will let you buy, and they cannot get them. I ordered a radiator over 2 weeks ago which I urgently needed, and after a couple of days with no notification I phoned to be told that it would be a two week wait. After two weeks with no radiator I phoned again to be told that it would take another week. When I asked why, they phoned back to tell me that they couldn't get this radiator at all. (a radiator that is still available to purchase on their website) This is clearly not an isolated incident as other people have had the same complaint. (here, and people I've spoken to in person) Fortunately I work in the classic car trade and I will be advising every porsche owner I know not to use this dreadful company.
