Ordered my alpinestars tech 7 boots. Dpd delivered and left them outside the front door, 2meters away from the main road/path. At the end of the day when I got back from work my parcel wasn’t there. Dpd has a picture where the parcel was left and that it’s visible and accessible to any pedestrian walking past. Unfortunately within 30 days DirtBikeBitz wasn’t able to sort nothing no new boots or refund. Saying the parcel was confirmed as delivered. I had to fill in missing parcel form. Form had more grammar mistakes than 7 years old essay.
They clearly don’t care about their customers and the customer service is horrible. There is a reason they were cheapest. I will not do the same mistake ordering from them again
