just now Would give 0 if I could. Ordered these March 2020 and they were supposed to be shipped in NOV 2020 bare rooted. Arrived in May 2020 all shooting and looking half dead. Potted on and persevered but only 4 survived a few weeks. Contacted customer support and supplied pictures. They agreed to resend in November 2020. Guess what? After 20+ emails from them postponing the delivery for an extra week, each time, still nothing. I have had around a dozen phone calls with them about this and nobody could understand why I had not received my shrubs, as of 19th Apr 2021. My last phone call ended with the promise that a MANAGER would ring me to sort this out. I woke up this morning to find that they had refunded me without notification. What a very bad company. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and I would absolutely never recommend buying anything from this company, or Sutton Seeds(Same company) I now have to go out and buy potted shrubs at around 10 x the price. Thanks very much, NOT !!!!!!!!!!
