I ordered a shed from this company on Saturday. Monday I receive an email stating my shed would be ready in 8 weeks, although the website states sheds are manufactured in 3-5 days and as for shipping allow up to 15 days. Not to tell a customer the 'real' time is unethical. I then tried to cancel my order, less than 24 hours after the order was placed and certainly well before my order was sent to be manufactured. Instead of cancelling my order and providing a refund (which I asked for, 9 times), I am bombarded with emails with different delivery dates, trying to bribe me with free gifts and just down right ignorance when it come to requesting a refund. I even went higher and emailed the CEO but no response. The time they have taken to agree to provide my refund, which they legally must do, is just wrong. They get you to write a great review when you order and then the trouble starts. Do not believe they have these great ratings because those reviews are before the trouble with this company starts.
