One week went by and the delivery details hadn’t changed/ I emailed and received a prompt response assuring me that the shed had been dispatched- on the 13 day nothing had been updated in the delivery info so I sent another email- the response was sorry you have been informed blah blah but I am happy to tell you that your shed was despatched today and please allow 14 business days for delivery- what that is six weeks I sent another email saying I wasn’t informed it had been delayed and why wasn’t it desoatched when she told me so no response—it feels like they have taken our moneybut there is no shed being delivered- if I hear from them and if we receive the shed next week and get an apology that is genuine I will change my review
