Awful company. Mother's Day flowers ordered 8 March for delivery on 10 March. No flowers delivered on 10, 11 or 12 March. Called them to discuss but a message on their lines advises they won't discuss orders over the phone so have to email. Same auto message when contacted on Facebook. Emailed to cancel, which they did, but no sign of an apology or any sign that they understand the concept of customer service. Shabby, shabby service from a joke of a company. DO NOT USE - SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.
