My wife and twin girls (aged 4) went on holiday to Indonesia, flying with Emirates. They left via Birmingham with their bags and a pushchair with no bother at all. After all 2 4 year olds need a pushchair especially late at night. Upon their return they took the same amount of bags and the pushchair. They were then told they had to pay £300 or leave the pushchair in Jakarta. When my wife tried to reason with them she was told to hurry up as the plane was leaving and she had to pay. Basically my wife and 2 small children were held at ransom for £300. Had I known earlier I would have paid the fee before hand. Terrible tactics from Emirates.
