I ordered the item from the Escentual, it was never delivered. I had contacted them relate to the order, they mentioned that they will not take responsibility as it was passed 14 days. I am completely surprised relate to their customer service. I have provided CCTV evidence related to postmen never delivered. The customer service agent mentioned that it is company policy and you clicked them before continuing the order. I spoke with Royal mail relate the matters. They mentioned that they were required to claim from their business account. I have spent around 5 hours chasing them. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them. I am completely heartbroken after their poor customer service. I am still waiting for a refund from them. It is shame to receive such poor customer service in the united kingdom from a reputed company.
