I have had the worst online return experience in years. I ordered 6 things, sent back 5 of them because they didn't fit, kept 1, but was charged for 2. ! Whyyyyyy I would keep something that doesn't fit me???? I contacted Evans to clarify situation but just been told - our team scans what you send.... Maybe someone from your return team like the dress I sent back and "took it"????!?!?!? Instead of paying £33 I have been charged £60 !!!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN ! NEEEEEEEEEEVER !!!!!!
