I ordered a pair of eyeglass frames from this company for my husband. His ability to use a computer to buy things is rudimentary, so we finally selected a pair. I ordered them. They arrived with an invoice in my name. I emailed to ask if they could put his name on or even both of ours, so his extended benefits insurance will pay. I already just ordered a pair over bay for myself. It went very smoothly in comparison. Turns out we have to return them and he has to reorder. Talk about a waste of resources. Where is the common sense in that. Been on hold to speak to them from Canada ($$$$$) for 45 minutes and then the call dropped
