My first time having an add power on my lenses. I filled the prescription for single vision with the add because I was told it’s just an anti fatigue (not a true bi focal?). Get the glasses with no add power. I emailed several times and they said it’s my fault because you can’t have add power in a single vision. But then why would they fill that prescription? And why have the option to add power on single vision in their ordering? When I questioned them they said I didn’t read I’m the prescription right and it’s my fault. And I can pay to ship back and forth to replace the lenses. Terrible customer service attitude and we’re not accommodating at all.
