I ordered the large pink and white bouquet for delivery on 20/2/20. Value £38.
The flowers arrived on 19/02/20 but at least early is better than late. HOWEVER the flowers received look NOTHING LIKE the ones advertised. I realise substitutes heave to be made from time to time, but just not including half the blooms is truly disgraceful. It was like 2 bunches of somewhat bashed £5 supermarket flowers. Looking at reviews across the web, they do this all the time and are complete rip off artists. I do not have any hopes for my emailed complaint.
