I ordered a dress on the 24th Nov. Useless hermes kept changing the delivery date. Then from the 29th of Nov the same message kept coming up. IN TRANSIT. I got sick of this message. So i complained several times. Freemans looked into it & it was obvious useless hermes had lost it. (Or stolen it. Maybe it was a crossdressing courier!) So freemans offered me a refund. OR to reorder it. I noticed the price had gone up from £33 to £48. I said i hope i won’t be charged the higher rate. I wasn’t. So it was reordered on the 6th Dec. I received an email saying it would be with me on the 11th. Then emailed again. The 13th. Then this morning, they’re saying the 16th. DISGUSTING. Tried to get my money back. Can’t have to wait for it to be delivered??? Then send it back. Awful. The adviser said SORRY FOR THE HASSLE. I said your company’s giving me MORE HASSLE HAVING TO SEND IT BACK. Not what i expected from a well established company. NEVER AGAIN!!!
