After being a customer for over 20 years (mainly Kaleidascope), I find I cannot log into my account. I have always paid for items when purchased. I was told I had logged in too many time, then told my details were not recognised (despite placing an order only 2 days ago). I contacted the help line today and after 1 hour on the phone, I was told they had been through the whole restart process and could not resolve the matter. They cancelled my account and told me to reset it, but having tried this the system does not offer this option but rather auto loads my old details! Very poor support and process. Very disappointed customer.
