I purchased a shoe box around £250 and only half of it arrived.
I contacted them via phone, they said i had to email.
I emailed them, they said i had to click a link to raise a ticket.
Raised the ticket, but then they required pictures/a detailed list of exactly what was missing (as i explained - all i knew was i had half a shoe box but could not tell them what individual components were missing as i was not expert and there were no instructions!)
about 5 calls later, and an email saying i would seek legal action, i am now awaiting a courier to pick up the received half (hope i dont need to take more time of work for this).
I was called rude and un-cooperative because i was getting tired of thinking the issue was resolved, and them coming back asking for more 'evidence'. currently awaiting for courier and money back.
