Absolutely disgusting.
I bought a £300+ table for the kitchen from this company.
The table is damaged, won't go together and I'm pretty sure they've even sent me the wrong parts.
On writing to their support they offered me £40 to keep the item as is???? I sent them a video showing that the parts won't screw together and several pictures of the damage.
I am insulted that they offered only £40 with all the proof supplied and had to leave a review so everyone else can see how disgusting this company is.
