Ordered my plants from this company as there were some good reviews. They arrived in such bad shape. They were squashed and in Ill health. Just shoved in a box. The roots I received were squashed at the bottom of bags of compost! They went against every single guarantee on their website. Emailed them pictures of the condition of these plants together with a strongly worded complaint. The reply I received was absolutely disgraceful, no apology, just plant the plants and go for it. They won't survive being planted. So another complaint was issued. Until this useless company provide me with a proper resolution, they will receive a complaint email everyday
