We're to start I love this company as they do some amazing a product although I was a bit disappointed with the custom program not the program how it was writen as the worout was enjoyable but with them being a small company it a long a time to recive my program and only gotten the first two weeks of a four week block. They know there stuff when it comes to grip training but could was better with comuction when it comes to the custom program. Aging I love the company the product
