The worst delivery experience I had in years. A very expensive rowing machine (1.500€) was ordered for private use as a present. Agreements were made to have it delivered on the birthday date. The machine has arrived 2 weeks later than agreed (2 weeks after the birthday) and 30 days later than the order confirmation shows. All I heard from the service lady "sorry - there is no machine in stock" - well.... the website showed differently once the machine was ordered. It all to find out that they took my money (extra 50€) to have it delivered to the flat directly and never even transfered this money and this additional requirement to the logistics company. Had to carry the 60kg machine to the 3d floor myself. Great stuff guys! Never again!
