Still having the same problems with getting stuff to you for Christmas- that this review site tells us they were having four years ago. With the like of Amazon why would you choose such poor service- oh and customer service is very poor- phones line down- messages not answered. Goods ordered on 19th for ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery’ but not delivered till 27th. Simply awful- they kept blaming Royal Mail- who said there were no issues at there end.
