Awful online customer service. Attempted to utilise the refer a friend scheme and when it wouldn't work I reached out to customer services they brushed me off. When I asked for help again it took them so long to reply to me my item went out of stock. When I complained about this the replies got rude and they said they'd no longer reply to me as they had already assisted me (literally got no help at any point) worst customer service I've ever received
