I placed an order late Tuesday and it's now Friday the order still hasn't been processed beyond nabbing the payment.
I then saw pages of reviews here dating back months with the same complaint and "replies". TLDR; The warehouse can't handle the orders they're taking and this is an ongoing issue they haven't addressed. Instead of fixing the issue (that would require investment/money) or informing customers of this, they continue to mislead with inaccurate dispatch times on their website and communications.
Also trying to continuously use Royal Mail as cover for something that's patently an in house issue suggests a shirking of responsibility instead of preventing the issue to begin with.
Unfortunately I tried cancelling my order but got a reply saying it's to late and in spite of the fact the order hasn't left the warehouse, they will try to incercept it and process it for a refund. Which going by their ability to process orders, I'm sure won't take more than a couple of weeks.
