My Halifax credit card has been used several times fraudalently and despite contacting Haifax the details of my card continue to be used. They could not care less and impossible to get through on telephone...even at 11pm on a sunday night.
Their head of security needs to be sacked.
Worst financial service I have experienced in 45 years.
