Been trying for 3 weeks for a paper copy of my current account monthly statement and I have had nothing but lies from Halifax, its lost in the post, the rubbish excuses they come out with. Now I will have to close my accounts with the Halifax bank and go to a bank that are more helpful without the paper statement I can't get my private pension paid into my account, as the pension company won't release the money and they won't accept an electronic statement for security reasons. Bye bye Halifax bank thanks for nothing.
