Had to telephone the Halifax this morning because of suspicious activity in my bank account. The female advisor who answered my call was very rude and uninterested and very disrespectful to me. She wouldn’t let me speak she kept speaking over me and was very aggressive in tone. She actually put the phone down on me. I was very upset and stressed because I didn’t get any help about the suspicious activity on my account either I have high blood pressure and PTSD and definitely don’t need this sort of stress and aggravated anxiety, I am a customer and would like to be treated in a professional manner not in a shabby manner that I had from this person at Halifax. I am going to close my account today and go to a different bank I don’t expect to be treated this way. What sort of customer service is this?
