Terrible customer service. If you have a fault with your product, if our experience is anything to go by, it will not get resolved by Harvey’s. Having read a number of reviews since it appears this is a common issue with products sold that develop faults within 1 year of purchase. Will certainly be taking our business elsewhere in the future. Poor customer service, poor products and engineers that are sent to review that lie to your face.
