Christmas completely ruined as it seems we will be eating on the floor this year! First year in our new home and have guests travelling 3 hours and we have no table or chairs! Appalling customer services and on hold for 93 minutes! Apparently the don’t compensate so I will be going to the consumer onbudsman. Absolutely furious and will never order anything from here again. A shambles
