These reviews must be written by people paid by the company because they are absolute li3w. Customer service inside shop was excellent, but after I left the shop, it went down hill from there.
Average wait time with customer services 30 minutes and that's if you don't get cut off, I've spent more that one occasion on hold for over an hour. I ordered my sofa back in September 2018 in expectation I'd be off work when it was delivered before Xmas, but I was told it was delayed until January. Had to cancel second delivery date so I was given another date on 6th of Feb only to be told my sofa has now been given to someone else so It won't be available till at least 1st of March, and that's not even a delivery date, I had to wait about 3 weeks for a delivery date when it arrived back in January so I'm looking at late March until I can even think about getting my sofa. Should have gone to DFS!!!!
