Bought the Genoa 3 and 2 seater sofas. Within 2 days one of the seats on the 3 seater had given way, then the one sat on on the 2 seater did the same a couple of weeks later. I now have chronic back ache which will be made worse until this gets sorted. Bearing in mind it took over a week to get an email replied to, phone wait times are in excess of an hour and I have someone "coming out to inspect" in a week, I can't see this getting sorted anytime soon.
Disgusting quality! Wish I'd kept the old one which had had the same happen to ONE of the cushions 8 years after purchase. Should've just shimmied over to the other side! Cheap quality rubbish. AVOID!
