As has been highlighted before I begrudge having to give them even a 1 star rating, wish I had seen a lot of the comments before placing my order three months ago. Dining Room table & chairs, & living room furniture ordered with a 12 week delivery time, no communications form them at all. You have to chase them, emails take them 10 days to respond, you wait an hour on hold to get through to their customer service number, that's if you don't give up the will to live in between. No.20 in the queue, must taken them an awful long time to deal with the volume of customer complaints unless they only have one guy dealing with it and he went out to lunch or for a quick run. Anyway I digress slightly when finally get through to enquire where our delivery was, another hold as he was starting his system up. He found the order and then told us initially that the items had been taken off the delivery, this was changed to problem with stock to ....... whatever excuse they could come up with. So you place your order wait months, take time off work, sit at home all day waiting for them and nothing. Fuming is not the word, how this company can still be in business I don't know.
Do yourselves a favour steer clear of them, go elsewhere for your furniture
