Ordered a sofa, chair and rug in March. Repeatedly told salesman what I wanted.
The rug to be a lulu type in black. An alternative was sent. I checked online and Lulu manufacture does not make the rug in black?
Took rug back to shop and had to wait a week and a half for refund processed by the shop over the phone after initially being told the Harvey store wasnot responsible for refunding me!?
Received a call from dhl saying delivery from harveys was ready and to book a day for delivery. They could not tell me if the delivery was for the sofa and/or chair?
Phoned customer service. Three hours later was answered but told they could not confirm?
Phoned salesman in shop who took three days (phoning him daily)to confirm both sofa and chair is ready for delivery.
Arranged delivery with dhl over a week ago for Monday 8th just gone, day taken annual leave as told between 7am and 7pm.
Got existing sofa removed on Sunday 7th.
Was contacted by dhl Monday morning at 10am to be told delivery won’t be taking place and was unable to explain why?
Phoned Harvey’s and they couldn’t answer why either? Went to shop Monday afternoon and they didn’t care and said it was out of their hands.
I have been ringing the shop, dhl and Harvey’s and no one can tell me what’s happened to my sofa and when a new delivery date can be scheduled?
Sitting on floor for third night now and with Easter on the way and family from Australia coming to stay, not to mention my pregnant wife of five months, I’d simply like to say to you Harvey’s.......
