I would give these guys a zero if I could. 11 weeks of waiting for a sofa; sofa actually went missing somehow. Terrible communication from customer services, nobody had a clue what they were doing.
Finally arrived with the corner sofa connections in the wrong place and a missing footstool. Still chasing Harvey's as they avoid contacting you and keeping you in the loop.
