Ordered sofa 10th January
Still waiting
Have rung at least 20 times. Hung on for over an hour was told to expect sofa in June, now told October. Apparently not in the country. At least 15 emails sent, never received a reply.
Have put deposit down. Should I go elsewhere. Syc a terrible company why can't they just be honest rather than give false hope.
Absolutely disgusting. They should hang their heads in shame.
