one of the worst customer services. Before I receive my order I called to cancel my care and protection. the customer service promised if I pay the whole amount before I receive my order they will refund me my £310 care and protection.
I paid the whole amount ,but I haven't received my payment yet. It's more than six months now I have been calling the customer service every week, but still I don't have my money in the account.
Trust me NEVER trust this company.
