Purchased a ProJect A/D box and it did not work as advertised (in stereo), after many calls/emails, and time spent trying different setting I was advised by HiFiX to return the item , which I did , I never heard any more for 10 days and then out of the blue received a refund , without any Communication , I suspect that these items are inherently defective and as such they are selling items not fit for purpose.i find this un_acceptable and have requested further information from them in order to establish if it is "my" item defective or all items, no attempt has been made to find a satisfactory resolution , as such I intend to pursue this matter further, selling goods that have to be returned and refunds given, without any explanation is very suspect indeed , watch this lot ....not helpful, when problems
