I booked a car (prepaid) and it was cancelled without notice.
When I called the store, I was informed that they did not know that the reservation was prepaid, precisely because I argued such prepayment and they said that they were not aware of any payment to them.
I tried to call DC at the time but i always got a messasge to call later.
According to them, the booking was not canceled solely because of the delay, but because it had not been paid, despite the fact that I had already paid the amount to discoverycars.
