This company is total scam, you pay in full and don’t receive a car! Then you get the worst and rudest emails saying it was my fault not reading the terms, my appointment to collect car was at 12pm, the wording being vague is this before or after? Does not say…, and I gave them my flight number which arrived at 14.30 so assumed it would be passed to the rental company. The flight was not late, but the car rental company wouldn’t even wait two hours for the booking past 12pm even though I had a repaid for two weeks rental! Disgusting scam. Dodgy wording around their website and do little to help people rent cars!! After 3 emails they told me they would no longer respond to my complaint, I basically spend £150 on 3 emails with this company and no car! You’re better off renting from the airport as they will give you an actually car, and cancun airport has similar cheap prices if you shop around different desks. AVOID THIS COMPANY
