Terrible company booked through them and have had no contact from them about check in where I get keys. No information about the park now I have 4 teen children going away for the weekend and can get into the swimming as we weren’t told to book this 4 weeks prior to going I have made numerous calls and emails which they do not pick up. They take your money and run.
Well I will make it my mission to tell all my family friends never to use this company shocking customer service well if you ever get to speak to anyone so please ppl stay clear of them
