I requested to be given two weeks extra to assist in paying for my holiday. I having suffered recently two heart attacks had gone down to half pay. I had been advised it was possible to cancel but because it was probably the last time my mother would visit her sister made every effort to reach the target. They only agreed one week extension at the end of this period I was still short. I let them know they duly cancelled the holiday but I received no money back. I was lied to many times by customer services about policy and promise of manager call backs weren’t even recorded on their sustem. As a loyal customer of theirs for many years I am appalled at the level of support I received.
