Had to cancel out New Year break 20-21
Due to COVID, Hoseasons refused to refund our deposit. Gave us a credit note which we had to use within 28 days. Rebooked the same for 21-22 NewYear break. Due to unforeseen circumstances we can now not go. Contacted Hoseasons to cancel with 4 months notice, they were more than happy to cancel the holiday. No doubt as it’s plenty of time for someone else to rebook it. They then informed me that the cancellation fee was my entire £150 deposit. Then offered me to transfer the holiday at an extra £35 admin fee, trying to extract even more money from me to line the companies pockets.
I will never be making a booking or taking a holiday anywhere that Hoseasons have an input or control of.
